In Prof. Andy Waters laboratory where I learned in-vitro culture of Plasmodium berghei, preparing transfection experiments, observing infection in mice, flow-cytometry in relation to gametocytemia estimation using fluorescent Plasmodium berghei line and pilot experiment using Xanthurenic acid to activate Plasmodium berghei gametocytes.
